"The only constant is Change"

One who doesn't accept change is one who will lag behind, get lost and in the process be extremely confused and/or hurt.

Sometimes accepting one thing means giving up something else. Sometimes only by giving up something can one move on in life. Would you do that? Would you give up something you have/had in order to move on? Or would you rather be confused and hurt?

One who doesn't accept that there are different methods of doing things out there will only be outcasted and not improve but only remain stagnant or do worse when compared to others.

Sometimes I refuse to face facts, refuse to look at things in the eye and say "ok, I accept it." Why cultivate familarity when things are going to change in the end? I didn't get what I want/have because I want it to change. Sometimes I don't want things to change. Isn't it nice to have something which is ever-constant, never-changing? Something I can rely on even when things change at rapid (yes, everything changes rapidly nowadays) speeds?

Yes, that would be very nice indeed.

Change is the only constant, you can't just refuse to accept changes. It is like you can't tell that bottle of milk not to spoil. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to stop the changes, maybe you can do something to slow down the rate of change, like put it in the fridge, but ultimately things will change.

So what you do? Buy a new bottle of milk and drink it at its best. No point hugging to that oid spoilt stinko overdue milk.

And if you can't change others, then change yourself. Don't drink milk, maybe change to drinking water.

There are always solutions to things. Insisting on drinking that spoilt milk only results in stomache ache. What for?

I never say I always refuse changes... Just that sometimes it's nice to have things as they are, to know that you have something to always fall back on.

You didn't like change either, but I see that you've changed your stand... =) That's good. See, an example of my blog entry, "change is constant" =)

Yup, why torture oneself right? Amazingly though, some people really do want the pain and the suffering...

Unlike milk, wine is better when it's kept for longer... =P
