I know Malaysian McDonald's do sell it all the while, hmm so it has made a comeback huh? It tastes nice the first mouthful, then after that feel like the whole stomach is full of water...

haha, coz the milkshake too thick isit? actually all drinks are like that what, drink a bit already then feel very bloated. I don't care, I still want to drink milkshake! =P
