Oh dear/shucks/damn/fuck...
Make me concentrate, make me good, make me love my precious books.
Let me read, let me see, let me sit for an hour without turning to the PC.
Make me sit, make me read, bring me or my PC somewhere else please.
Tie me down to the seat, hold my head up from sleep,
feed me coffee, feed me food.
I don't care,
Just make me study.

hmm how to bring you to somewhere else when you want to be made to sit (or to be tied down to the seat)
ok ok on a serious note, it is easier to lose concentration than to keep it. It takes a lot of self-discipline to keep away from the computer, but only a thin line separate the two, and more often than not, it is easier to cross from one direction than from the other direction.

My bro is a good buffer, I let him play games so that I can't use the computer. Then he will ask, do you need the comp? And I will bluff myself by saying no. Well... and I take the chance to suan him, say NTU Engin so suan, can play game.. etc etc...
